HISTORY

1998

Orbi Group was founded in 1998 and became a pioneer in the Georgian investment real estate market. The company was the first in the country to begin developing multifunctional hotel complexes.

2004

By 2004, the company had constructed and commissioned five residential apartment buildings in the center of Batumi.

2010

In 2010, the company began construction of Georgia’s first apartment hotel, ORBI PLAZA — marking the start of Orbi Group’s rise as not only the country’s largest developer but also a regional leader in hotel and investment real estate.

2012-2018

During this period, Orbi Group completed several popular apartment complexes in Batumi, including ORBI City Park, ORBI Sea Towers, ORBI Residence, and ORBI Beach Tower.

2016

The company celebrated the grand opening of ORBI Palace, an apartment hotel located in Bakuriani, one of Georgia’s most famous ski resorts.
At the same time, Orbi Group launched one of its most iconic developments — ORBI City, which became not only the most popular hotel complex in Batumi but also the largest hotel complex in the world, featuring 10,800 rooms!

2019-2020

Three towers of the ORBI City complex were completed and put into operation.

2024

In 2024, Orbi Group announced the launch of two major new projects: the premium-class ORBI Continental apartment complex in Batumi and Central Park Towers — the first integrated resort in Tbilisi, a one-of-a-kind project in the region.
